•  Print your design on sublimation paper using sublimation ink. 
• Clean the mug surface and position the design correctly using heat-resistant tape. 
• Adjust time, temperature, and pressure settings based on mug and transfer type (e.g., 180–200°C (356–392°F) for 180–300 seconds for sublimation). 
• Place the mug in the press, lock it in, and start the machine. 
• Carefully remove the mug and let it cool before peeling off the paper.
